Moira thinks she can solve the family's financial problems by selling up to Declan. He wanted their land once, so he's bound to want it again. But when Moira goes to see him she finds out he doesn't. Oh! Moira leaves upset, then angry Adam arrives to say his piece, but it gets him nowhere. So Adam tells Moira he can run the farm...
